These Terms are subject to the laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.

Where services are chargeable, fees will be as displayed at the time of purchase. Payment terms (including currency, mode of payment, and taxes such as GST as applicable in India) will be specified in the order or invoice. Refund and cancellation policies will be communicated at the point of sale or in separate product-specific terms. Our services and content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in India, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Our learning and research content is for general informational and educational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and other applicable laws, The Organization Learning Labs (and its partners, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one thousand Indian Rupees (INR 1,000), whichever is higher.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Organization Learning Labs, its partners, and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in India, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
