1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, platforms, and services operated by The Organization Learning Labs, a Partnership Firm registered in India with its principal place of business in Bangalore, Karnataka ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services (including OLL Academy, OLL Research, and related platforms), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These Terms are subject to the laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our services. By registering or using our platforms, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Violate any applicable law in India or elsewhere.
  • Infringe any intellectual property or other rights of us or third parties.
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorised content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.
  • Use our services to distribute malware or engage in fraud.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on our platforms (including but not limited to courses, assessments, research, and design) are owned by or licensed to The Organization Learning Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the services for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Fees, Payment and Refunds

Where services are chargeable, fees will be as displayed at the time of purchase. Payment terms (including currency, mode of payment, and taxes such as GST as applicable in India) will be specified in the order or invoice. Refund and cancellation policies will be communicated at the point of sale or in separate product-specific terms. Disputes regarding payment or refunds should be raised with us in writing at support@theorganizationlearninglabs.com.

6. Disclaimers

Our services and content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in India, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Our learning and research content is for general informational and educational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and other applicable laws, The Organization Learning Labs (and its partners, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one thousand Indian Rupees (INR 1,000), whichever is higher.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Organization Learning Labs, its partners, and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

9. Grievance and Dispute Resolution

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on our platform where required by law.

11. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in India, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
