Accessibility Policy

Last updated: February 2026

1. Our Commitment

The Organization Learning Labs, a Partnership Firm based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to make our websites and learning platforms (including OLL Academy and related services) perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for as many users as possible, in line with the spirit of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (RPwD Act) in India and widely recognised standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

2. Standards and Goals

We strive to align our digital properties with WCAG 2.1 at Level AA where practicable. This includes providing sufficient colour contrast, resizable text, keyboard navigation support, clear headings and structure, alternative text for images, and captions or alternatives for audio and video content where we control such content. We continuously work to improve accessibility as we update and add new features.

3. Measures We Take

  • Designing and developing with accessibility in mind from the outset.
  • Using semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate to support assistive technologies.
  • Ensuring that interactive elements are keyboard accessible and clearly focusable.
  • Providing text alternatives for non-text content where feasible.
  • Testing with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation where possible.
  • Reviewing and remediating accessibility issues identified through feedback or audits.

4. Known Limitations

Some third-party content (e.g., embedded videos, external tools) may not be fully under our control, and we may not be able to ensure their accessibility. We will, where possible, choose accessible options and provide alternative means of access when we are aware of limitations. We are committed to improving accessibility over time and will prioritise fixes for critical barriers.

5. Feedback and Assistance

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our websites and platforms. If you encounter barriers or need assistance (e.g., an alternative format, accommodation for a specific need), please contact us and we will work with you to provide a reasonable solution where feasible. Contact: Email support@theorganizationlearninglabs.com, Phone +91 8618082093. We aim to respond to accessibility requests in a timely manner.

6. Compatibility

Our sites are designed to work with modern browsers and commonly used assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, magnification tools, keyboard navigation). We cannot guarantee compatibility with every combination of browser, device, and assistive technology, but we test on major platforms and address compatibility issues as we become aware of them.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Accessibility Policy from time to time to reflect our current practices, standards, or legal developments. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
