Research Assistant – Intern (Onsite/Hybrid – Bangalore)

Intern · Bangalore

We're looking for a curious Research Intern (Graduate/Postgraduate preferred) to support organizational research and learning content operations at The Organization Learning Labs (OLL). If you enjoy research, working with people, and turning data into insight, this role offers hands-on exposure to real-world organizational research and AI-enabled learning platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Organizational Research
  • Support end-to-end organizational research projects, from initiation to publication.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholder cohorts, including industry experts and academia.
  • Assist in research execution, synthesis, documentation, and report/paper preparation.
  • Learning Content & Data Management
  • Validate learning content and tools for accuracy, structure, and alignment before publishing.
  • Support data upload, content review, and publishing on OLL platforms.
  • Maintain task updates, documentation, and workflows using tools like ClickUp / Sheets.

What You Bring

  • Graduate/Postgraduate preferred
  • Interest in organizational research, behavior, or applied psychology.
  • Clear written and spoken communication—with the confidence to interact professionally with senior industry and academic cohorts.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to ask questions.
  • Comfort with digital tools and structured work.
